These recipes are my take on traditional meals, tweaked a bit to make them simple and healthier, but taste is always a big concern as well. You won’t find much kale on here- my philosophy is to make food you will enjoy eating even though it is healthy, not food you have to eat because it is healthy!
I usually add some healthy tips, along with some shortcuts and substitutes so you can make the meal your own and hopefully teach you some tricks for making foods you enjoy in a healthier way.
Check here to learn the latest about health, nutrition, and tips for creating meals in your kitchen. I am constantly learning about the latest and greatest discoveries and want to share them with you!
