Healthy Cooking Classes

What I do

My focus in my classroom is to keep my group small enough that they allow everyone to be actively involved with preparing the meal. Everyone participates and is a part of the process. I like the class to be very positive and supportive, and like to challenge people to try a skill they may have been nervous to do on their own. It is so rewarding to see people gain confidence in the kitchen and in preparing a meal. And everyone is always excited to eat the meals they create!
