I offer one on one support to my clients to assist them at whatever level they need. I help some to become healthier, loose weight, or improve health conditions they may be dealing with- like diabetes.

When working with clients, we typically work side by side, creating meals together in their kitchen, allowing them to be a part of the process and learn as we make healthy nutritious meals. We plan and portion them for optimal nutrition and to help them toward their goals.

Most of my clients will meet with me weekly to make enough meals with me to cover their food for the week. We go through their week, plans, and meal plans and I help them with their shopping choices.
