What I do

The recipes I have on this website are favorites of my clients, friends and family. They are my take on traditional meals, tweaked a bit to make to make them healthier, but taste is always a big concern as well. You won’t find much kale on here- my philosophy is to make food you will enjoy eating even though it is healthy, not food you have to eat because it is healthy!

I usually add some healthy tips, along with some shortcuts and substitutes so you can make the meal your own and hopefully teach you some tricks for making foods you enjoy in a healthier way.
